Revallo Privacy Policy

Revallo LLC (“Revallo,” “we,” “us”) provides tax preparation and advisory services for equity compensation. This policy explains what personal information we collect through revallo.io and our lead forms, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you download a guide, register for a webinar, or request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, job title, company name, and any answers you provide to questions on the form.
• LinkedIn lead forms. If you submit a form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares the information on your profile that you choose to submit, and we receive it under LinkedIn’s terms.
• Website activity. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics), and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use revallo.io and which ads lead to visits.
• What we don’t ask for. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, or tax return information through our marketing forms. Please don’t send these by email or in form answers.

2. How we use information

• To send the guide, webinar confirmations and reminders, and other content you requested.
• To follow up about our services, including scheduling a consultation.
• To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising.
• To comply with legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include Canopy, Gmail, Cloudflare, and LinkedIn, along with Formspree (which processes our website forms), Google (which provides our webinar video meetings and advertising and analytics tools), Microsoft (Clarity), and Calendly (consultation scheduling). We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Email and marketing

If you request a guide or webinar, we may send related follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, and we will honor your request promptly. Transactional messages, such as webinar join links, may still be sent.

5. Cookies and advertising

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off advertising cookies may affect how we measure ads, but it won’t prevent you from using our website or downloading our guide. LinkedIn’s own cookie and privacy settings are managed through your LinkedIn account.

6. How long we keep information

We keep lead information for three years after your last interaction with us, or longer if required by law or professional standards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing communications, by emailing hello@revallo.io. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it changed.
