Revallo is a bookkeeping and advisory firm based in Franklin, Tennessee. We work with business owners across Williamson County and Greater Nashville. Our services range from monthly bookkeeping, catch-up work, and payroll to tax planning, tax preparation, and fractional CFO support.

We started Revallo to offer something better. Our founder's background includes Big 4 audit at Ernst & Young and finance roles at high-growth technology companies. That training shapes how we approach every client engagement. Clean books are the starting point, not the finish line. Beyond accurate records, we help with tax strategy, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and the kind of financial analysis that actually helps you make decisions about your business.

Meet James Manring
I'm James Manring, the founder of Revallo. I started my career in Big 4 audit at Ernst & Young, where I reviewed financial statements for mutual funds, private equity firms, and hedge funds. That work taught me how to read financials with precision and how to catch problems before they turn into expensive ones.
From there, I moved into the technology world. I worked at companies like Datadog and Miro during periods of rapid growth, building revenue operations systems, handling compliance with complex accounting standards, and supporting multi-million dollar acquisitions. I learned what financial operations look like when they're built to scale and what breaks when they're not.
I started Revallo because I kept seeing the same disconnect. Large companies have entire finance departments keeping their numbers accurate and their tax position optimized. Small business owners, who arguably have even less room for financial error, are often working with outdated books and generic tax advice. I wanted to bring the rigor I developed at EY and in tech to businesses that actually need a financial partner rather than just someone processing transactions.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Liberty University and am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Revallo is based in Franklin, and I work directly with every client.
